What kind of shoes do you wear to run, any problems your have had before that your shoe change helped, any new problems because of new shoes, how long did it take to wear them out or for them to show wear. And I have taken into consideration about adjusting time. Any tips?
Edit: I’m looking into something similar to Vibram fivefinger/minimalist shoes, because as long as I am barefoot walking around my knees don’t hurt and I can run better barefoot, but I want some protection against the concrete and rocks.
